Lillian LeBlanc is a knowledgeable human resources executive, licensed commercial pilot, skilled public speaker and published author.

She has more than 30 years of human resources experience and has supported many recognized best places to work. Her HR skills include coaching, team development, workforce communications and crafting long-range HR strategy. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR.)

Her work experience includes supporting the development and operation of a highly successful family business in the aviation industry. She has been a licensed pilot since 1978 and is experienced in a variety of single and multi-engine aircraft.

She combines her twin passions of human resources and aviation in her blog, Flight Level Leadership. The blog uses aviation principles to craft lessons for leaders. Her first book, The Flight Level Chronicles, was published in April, 2011.

Lillian holds a bachelor of science degree in economics (summa cum laude) from Boston State College/University of Massachusetts and a master of business administration degree from the University of Massachusetts. She has successfully delivered numerous presentations to national gatherings of major professional societies and organizations. Her recent speaking engagements include:
